We are excited to invite you to showcase your culinary delights and unique products at the Mississauga Hong Kong Festival 2025, a vibrant celebration of Hong Kong culture, food, and entertainment. As a key part of the festival, the Food Stalls / Trucks and Vendor Marketplace will bring together the best in Hong Kong cuisine, international flavors, and unique cultural goods, attracting thousands of attendees over the three-day event.

Food Stalls / Trucks:
Share your signature dishes with food enthusiasts. We are accepting applications for traditional Hong Kong cuisine, street food, and international flavors.
• Merchandise Vendors:
Showcase and sell your unique products, whether they are related to Hong Kong culture, artisanal goods, crafts, or souvenirs.
• Cultural Booths:
Promote cultural experiences or services related to Hong Kong, whether it’s through art, entertainment, or interactive experiences.
Vendor Fees:
Cultural / Food Booth (Space Only)(10x10 ft space)
• CAD $500 for three days
Corporate Display Booth (Space Only)(10x10 ft space)
• CAD $600 for three days
Hot Food Booth (Space Only)(10x10 ft space)
• CAD $750 for three days
Food Trucks (Space Only)(Parking Spot Only)
• CAD $1,000 for three days
Tent ,Table & Chairs Package: + CAD 150
Power Supply: + CAD 250
All Inclusive Combo Package: + CAD 350
***All prices are subject to a 13% HST.
